I’m always in the look out for a good Sunday lunch but generally end up disappointed, however, not at the King’s Head! What a fabulous Sunday lunch!
We stumbled across this welcoming traditional pub after a glorious walk along the beautiful Rhossili beach.
It’s very dog friendly in the bar – one of the staff came out with treats for the dog – but if you’re not an animal lover there’s a lovely dog free restaurant as well.
The Sunday lunch is incredibly good value, choose two or three courses. My beef was cooked to perfection as was my husbands lamb. Lots of veggies, huge Yorkie puds and extra gravy if you wanted it. I enjoyed a homemade apple crumble and custard, while the other half’s toffee sundae was perfect. Staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend and will return
